How to Leave a Review

Reviews help future travelers make informed decisions and help guides improve their service. After your trip is completed, you can leave a review for your guide directly through the Tripolo App. 

When you can leave a review 

You can submit a review once your trip has ended. 

How to leave a review 

1. Go to Trips 

2. Tap Review your trip for the completed trip 

3. Rate your guide and write your feedback 

4. Submit your review 

Your review will appear after it has been reviewed by Tripolo’s system admin. 

What to include in your review 

Travelers value reviews that are clear and based on your actual experience. Consider sharing: 

• The quality of communication with your guide 

• How well the itinerary met your expectations 

• Helpful support or insights your guide provided 

• Any adjustments the guide made to improve your experience 

Please avoid including personal or sensitive information. 

Editing your review 

You may edit your review within 14 days of submitting it. After the 14-day window, your review can no longer be changed. 

Review moderation 

All reviews are reviewed by Tripolo’s system admin before they are published. This helps ensure that reviews meet Tripolo’s content guidelines and maintain a fair, trustworthy environment for guides and travelers.
