Tripolo gives you the flexibility to tailor your experience based on the places you want to visit and the schedule that works best for you. Your guide will help refine your plans using local knowledge, practical considerations, and on-the-ground insights.
1. Sharing your preferences
After your booking is confirmed, the Tripolo App will prompt you to enter:
Places you want to visit
Pickup time and meeting location
If you have additional preferences—such as desired pace, accessibility needs, food interests, or any special considerations—you can share those through in-app messaging with your guide. This ensures the guide has a full understanding of your expectations.
2. Guide creates your personalized itinerary
Once your preferences are submitted, your guide will:
Review the places you want to visit
Consider practical factors like traffic, distance, and local conditions
Suggest adjustments or alternatives when needed
Build a personalized itinerary that fits your schedule
Each day’s itinerary is designed to be at most 8 hours, ensuring the experience remains enjoyable and manageable.
Your guide may recommend optimal routes, timing adjustments, or additional spots that match your interests.
3. Reviewing and adjusting the plan
When your itinerary is ready, your guide will share it with you through the Tripolo App.
You can:
Request changes or swaps
Ask for alternative options
Adjust timing based on your travel style
Clarify any details through messaging
Your guide will update the itinerary to better match your expectations.
4. Day-of flexibility
Even with a planned itinerary, conditions may change (weather, traffic, opening hours). Your guide can help adjust the plan as needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
They can also provide additional recommendations during the day if you want to explore more or make spontaneous changes.
5. What’s not included in the itinerary
Activity costs such as entrance tickets, meals, transportation fares, or booking fees are not included in the guide’s service fee.
Your guide can advise you on how to make reservations for attractions or activities, but it is your responsibility to complete any required bookings.
