Updating Your Password

You can change your Tripolo password using the Forgot password option on the login screen. This works whether you want a new password or can't remember your current one.


How to reset your password

  1. Open the Tripolo app

  2. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?

  3. Enter the email linked to your Tripolo account

  4. Follow the instructions in the email we send you


Your new password takes effect as soon as you complete the reset.


Didn't get the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you entered the right email

  • Wait a few minutes and try again

Keep your account secure

  • Use a strong, unique password for Tripolo

  • Never share your password with guides or anyone else

  • Tripolo will never ask for your password by email, phone or message

  • If you think someone else has accessed your account, tell us right away at support@tripolo.com
