During Early Access, Tripolo does not offer in-app options to delete or deactivate your account. If you wish to close your account, our Support team can assist you with the process.
Deleting or deactivating your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request account deletion or deactivation
Go to Profile
Select Contact support
Request to delete or deactivate your account
A Support team member will verify your identity and confirm your request before completing the process.
Before you submit your request
Please note:
Any active bookings must be canceled before the deletion request can be processed
Any active support tickets must be resolved or closed
Account deletion will remove your login access and personal information as required by our data policies
You will no longer be able to access past trips, reviews, or messages
Refunds (if applicable) will follow Tripolo’s cancellation policy
If you simply want to stop receiving notifications or update your profile details, you may do so without deleting your account.
If you change your mind
Because account deletion is irreversible, make sure you want to proceed before submitting your request. Once your account is deleted, Tripolo cannot restore it.
