You need a Tripolo account to book guides and plan your trip. Creating one is free. You must be at least 18 years old.


How to create an account

  1. Open the app and tap Sign Up

  2. Enter your email and a password

  3. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  4. Verify your email when prompted

  5. Fill in some basic information about yourself


Please use accurate details. Each person can have only one account.


What guides can see

Only your name and city are shared with guides. Other details, such as your date of birth and contact details, stay private.


With a Tripolo account, you can:

  • Book guides and pay securely

  • Chat with guides before and after booking

  • Plan and manage your trips

  • Get trip updates and reminders

  • Contact Tripolo Support


Trouble signing up?

  • Check that your email is entered correctly

  • If you've signed up before, try resetting your password

  • Check your spam folder for the verification email

  • Still stuck? Contact Tripolo Support at support@tripolo.com


Children can't have their own account, but they can join a trip booked by an adult who accompanies them, where the guide's page allows it.
