Editing Your Profile

You can update your profile in the Tripolo App at any time. Keeping your information accurate helps guides prepare for your trip and ensures your account remains secure. 

 

How to edit your profile 

  1. Go to Profile 

  2. Tap Personal Information 

  3. Update your details 

  4. Save your changes 

 

Edit your profile picture 

To update your profile photo: 

  • Go to Profile 

  • Tap your current profile picture 

  • Select a new photo and save 

 

What information is shared 

Only your name and city may be shared with guides when you book a trip. Sensitive information—such as your date of birth—remains private and is not shared. 

 

What cannot be changed 

For security reasons, your account email cannot be changed within the app. If you need assistance updating your email, please contact Tripolo Support.
