Editing Your Profile

You can update your profile in the Tripolo app at any time. Please keep your details accurate and up to date. It helps guides prepare for your trip and keeps your account secure.


How to edit your profile

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Tap Personal Information

  3. Update your details

  4. Save your changes


Change your profile picture

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Tap your current profile picture

  3. Select a new photo and save


What guides can see

Only your name and city may be shared with guides when you book. Other details, such as your date of birth, stay private. See our Privacy Policy for more.


Changing your email

For security reasons, you can't change your account email in the app. To update it, contact Tripolo Support through the app or at support@tripolo.com.

Delete or Deactivate Your Account
