Tripolo aims to offer flexibility for travelers while recognizing the time and preparation guides dedicate to each trip. Your eligibility for a refund depends on when you cancel relative to your scheduled trip date. All cancellation deadlines follow the destination’s local time, with cutoffs at 12:00 AM local time.
Refunds apply to the guide’s booking fee, and processing fees may not be refundable.
Cancellation Timeline
When You Cancel | Refund |
More than 14 days before the trip | The guide’s booking fee is fully refunded. |
More than 7 days before the trip, but within 14 days | A partial refund of the guide’s booking fee is issued. |
7 days or fewer before the trip | The guide’s booking fee is not refunded. |
Changing your trip date
Trip dates cannot be changed. To modify your plans, you must cancel and rebook according to this cancellation policy.
How refunds are issued
