Cancellation Policy

Tripolo aims to offer flexibility for travelers while recognizing the time and preparation guides dedicate to each trip. Your eligibility for a refund depends on when you cancel relative to your scheduled trip date. All cancellation deadlines follow the destination’s local time, with cutoffs at 12:00 AM local time

Refunds apply to the guide’s booking fee, and processing fees may not be refundable

 

Cancellation Timeline 

When You Cancel 

Refund 

More than 14 days before the trip 

The guide’s booking fee is fully refunded. 

More than 7 days before the trip, but within 14 days 

A partial refund of the guide’s booking fee is issued. 

7 days or fewer before the trip 

The guide’s booking fee is not refunded. 

 

Changing your trip date 

Trip dates cannot be changed. To modify your plans, you must cancel and rebook according to this cancellation policy. 

 

How refunds are issued 

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider. For more details, see Refund Eligibility & Timing
