Trip Date Changes

Trip dates cannot be changed once a booking is made. This is because guides reserve the day for your trip and begin preparing your itinerary as soon as your booking is confirmed.
If your plans change and you need a different date, you will need to:
Cancel your current booking through the Tripolo App
Review the refund amount based on Tripolo’s Cancellation Policy
Rebook a new guide for the date you prefer
The refund you receive—if any—depends on when you cancel relative to your scheduled trip date.

Itineraries and logistics may already be prepared
Availability cannot be guaranteed for a new date
