How to Cancel a Booking

You can cancel your booking directly through the Tripolo App. The refund you receive depends on when you cancel, based on the destination’s local time at the moment your cancellation is submitted. 

 

How to cancel your booking 

  1. Go to Trips in the Tripolo App. 

  2. Select the booking you want to cancel. 

  3. Tap Help

  4. Choose Cancel Booking

  5. Review the cancellation terms and the refund amount you may receive. 

  6. Confirm your cancellation. 

After you complete the cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation in the app and by email. 

 

Before you cancel 

  • Review Tripolo’s Cancellation Policy to understand the refund you may be eligible for. 

  • Trip dates cannot be changed. If you need a different date, you must cancel and rebook. 

  • Refunds apply only to the guide’s booking fee

  • Processing fees may not be refundable

 

After you cancel 

  • Any refund of the guide’s booking fee will be returned to your original payment method. 

  • Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider. 

  • Your canceled trip will no longer appear under your active bookings.
